Peppermint Twist

1 ounces Peppermint Schnapps
1 ounces Kahlua®
1 ounces Brown Creme de Cacao

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a cocktail glass and serve. Makes 1 drink.

Eyeball Martini

3 oz. Van Gogh Vodka
Dash Dry Vermouth
2 Olive stuffed radishes

In a cocktail shaker, combine Vodka and Vermouth. Shake and strain into a martini glass, straight up. Garnish with an olive stuffed radish that has been scored to create the veins of an eyeball. Makes 1 drink.

Creamsicle

1 oz Cointreau
1 oz light cream
1 oz orange juice
1 oz vodka

Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Serve in a highball glass filled with ice. Makes 1 drink.

Rusty Nail

1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Drambuie® Scotch whisky
1 twist lemon peel

In a low ball glass, pour scotch and drambuie over ice and stir well. Garnish with the lemon twist. Makes 1 drink.

Washington Apple

2 ounces Crown Royal Whiskey®
2 ounces DeKuyper Apple Barrel Schnapps®
2 ounces cranberry juice
1 slice apples

In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, schnapps, cranberry juice and ice cubes. Shake and strain into a highball, straight up. Add apple slice as garnish. Makes 1 drink.

Mochatini

2 oz Starbucks Coffee Liqueur
1 oz DeKuyper Dark Creme de Cacao
2 oz Absolute Vanilla Vodka
Splash of Cream

Shake and strain into a martini glass rimmed with chocolate and turbinado sugar. Makes 1 large drink.

The Mojito

2 leaves mint
1.25 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
1/2 oz. lime juice
2 oz. soda water

Place 1 mint leaf in bottom of glass. Add crushed ice, Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, sugar, and lime juice, and stir. Makes 1 drink.

Bellini

1 medium ripe Peach, peeled and pureed
10 oz Italian dry Sparkling white wine or Champagne

Pour peach puree into glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a peach slice. Makes 2 drinks.

Note: In the original recipe, created around 1940 in Harry's Bar in Venice, white peaches and Italian sparkling wine, Prosecco, would be used.

Tequila Refresca

1 ounce tequila, white or gold
Dash Campari
6 ounces grapefruit soda
Small wedge fresh pineapple, grapefruit, and lime

Fill a goblet or rocks glass with ice cubes. Add the tequila and a dash of Campari to give the drink a slight blush and balance the sweetness of the soda. Top off with the grapefruit soda. Skewer the fruit and stir into the cocktail. Makes 1 drink.

French Cherry Mojito

4 fresh cherries, pitted
4 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
3 ounces limes, quartered
4 brown sugar cubes
5 ounces Bacardi Limon Rum
2 ounces lime juice
Splash of Moet & Chandon Champagne
Sugar cane stalk for garnish
Muddle the cherries, mint, limes and brown sugar with the rum and lime juice. Add ice, shake and top with splash of Moet & Chandon Champagne. Garnish with a mint sprig and sugar cane stalk. Makes 2 drinks.

Sparkling Pineapple Punch

½ cup sugar
½ cup filtered water
2 three-inch cinnamon sticks
1 46-oz. can of pineapple juice, chilled
32 oz. sparkling water, chilled
2 bottles champagne or sparkling white wine

Bring sugar, water and cinnamon to a boil over the stove; reduce heat. Then, cover and simmer the contents over the stove for 15 minutes. Keep the contents covered and refrigerate them for at least 2 hours or until chilled. Remove the cinnamon sticks from syrup. Just before serving, mix the syrup with the remaining ingredients in the punch bowl. Makes 13 cups.

Cosmopolitan Martini

4 parts Citron Vodka
2 parts Cointreau
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1 part Lime Fresh Juice

Shake ingredients vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with an orange peel sliver and serve. Makes 1 drink.

TGI Friday's Mudslide

1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 1/2 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream®
1 1/2 ounces Kahlua®
8 cubes ice
1 1/2 ounces cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 scoops chocolate ice cream

Crush ice cubes in blender. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 45 seconds. Serve in Hurricane glass. Makes 1 drink

Carbomb

1/2 shot Irish whiskey
1/2 shot Bailey's® Irish cream
1 pint Guinness® stout

Combine the Irish Cream and Whiskey into a single shot glass. Drop the shot into a nearly full glass of Guinness and consume as quickly as possible. Makes 1 drink.

Black and Tan and more

1 part Bass® pale ale
1 part Guinness® stout

Fill stein half full with Bass. Next pour Guinness over a spoon slowly until glass is full. If done correctly the Guinness will stay on top and the Bass on bottom hence the name Black and Tan. Makes 1 drink.

As an alternative you can replace the Bass with champagne to create a Black Velvet or with hard cider to make a Snakebite. Both use the same "over the spoon" pouring method for the Guinness.

Balthazar French Martini

1 oz. chilled vodka
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/3 oz. Chambord
Ice Cubes

In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, pineapple juice, Chambord and ice cubes. Shake vigorously to produce frothy head and strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve straight up. Makes 1 martini.
