DeVito Limoncello

Actor Danny DeVito recently announced the release of his own spirit's label aptly named Danny DeVito's Premium Limoncello. Limoncello is a lemon liqueur produced in Southern Italy made from lemon rinds, alcohol, water, and sugar. DeVito is planning on serving his newest libation at his South Florida restaurant called DeVito South Beach, a high-end Italian restaurant featuring contemporary Italian cuisine fused with characteristics of a traditional Italian Chop House. it is also rumored he is looking at getting into the pasta sauce, steak sauce and salad dressings.

Many will recall DeVito's visit to The View last fall where he appeared to be quite a happy guy and while being interviewed he mentioned he had 7 Limoncello's with George [Clooney] the night before. Was he considering jumping into this market way back then or was the popularity of his visit get him to thinking about having a label of his own? Hard to say but it looks like he now has a distributor so you might be able to pick up your very own bottle soon without the trip to South Beach.
