TheWineryChannel.tv launched on June 1 when it the first all-video Web site delivering information and entertainment to wine enthusiasts. The site premiered with a lineup of 12 video shows featuring everything from the serious art of winemaking to lighter, wine-centric humor."The Source" has distinguished winemakers telling their stories, including Doug Shafer of Shafer Vineyards, Tom and Joe Rochioli of Rochioli Vineyards and Danielle Cyrot of St. Clement Vineyards. "Perfect Pairings," presents world-renowned restaurateurs including Piero Selvaggio, founder of the Valentino Restaurant Group, preparing dishes and pairing them with the perfect wine. "Comics On Wine" showcases new comedians and "Rex Havoc and His Horse Brokeback" offering wine tips from a cowboy's perspective, and an animated "Bacco DiVino" bringing a humorous touch to the world of wine.

While the site currently lacks content on all 12 channels, the video only approach is very web 2.0 and should become a online favorite of wine drinkers everywhere.
